Thank you for visiting my corner of the internet. I am a certified Pilates instructor with over ten years of experience. With a background in competitive swimming, with a deep focus on human anatomy and proper biomechanics, I am passionate about helping people to grow stronger and achieve their unique health and fitness goals in a joyful and supportive environment. I obtained my pilates certification in classical pilates under Shepperd Method Pilates, and followed that with another certification in contemporary pilates teaching through Romana’s Pilates.

My sessions are designed to be approachable for every age and condition. I have worked with pre-and post natal mothers, individuals with osteoporosis and chronic pain, people recovering from injuries and surgery, and many who simply want to develop a stronger, more functional body.

I create a hands-on, customized regimen for each of my clients to help them build functional strength and healthy movement patterns that are not just effective but are also rejuvenating and fun. I feel very fortunate to pursue my calling, and it has been deeply fulfilling to empower individuals to unlock their potential and feel good in their bodies.
